Holistic Ayurvedic Yoga Courses at Kailash Tribal School of Yoga & Holistic Health
For over three thousand years, the science of Ayurveda has helped restore balance and harmony to the bodies and minds of its followers. Now, you can learn how to benefit from this ancient wisdom yourself, first hand. During this course students will learn which Ayurvedic type they are and based on this, how to build a diet and lifestyle around their nature which will help them bloom.
Ayurvedic Yogic approaches individual conditions holistically to balance a person’s well being. In Ayurveda and its philosophy all matter is composed of five basic elements, which exhibit the properties of earth, water, fire, wind and space. On the course we will balance these elements through examining diet, lifestyle choices, thought patterns and spiritual practices. The course will set students on a path of health, well-being and nutrition which will improve their own lives and those of their students in extraordinary ways.
Ayurvedic Yoga Course Details
Duration : 1 day,1 week, 2 week 1 month (The intensity and amount of information will vary depending on the course whereby the 1 month courses offers the greatest degree of information and depth of study).
Content : Introduction to Chakra diagnosis, Ayurveda and its Philosophy, Yogic Psychology & Psychology. Ayurvedic Theory on body types and personalities and the integration of Kundalini energy and balancing of energies in the body through yoga practices.
Consultation cost : USD 30 Per hour.
One month course 2 hours per day 6 days a week USD 1000
