Yogi Sivadas is knowledgeable, caring, and personable. He is accommodating and does whatever he can to make the students feel comfortable. The classes consisted of both philosophy and postures. Each class was engaging and I found myself transforming in body, mind, and spirit. Yoga Teacher Training has changed my life for the better. I feel more grounded and confident. I am grateful to have had this experience and would recommend Kailash Tribal School to anyone who is interested in learning authentic Yoga including the philosophical, physical, and spiritual practices.
